Do you offer a free trial?

As you are able to access our free podcasts and view all available courses, we do not currently offer a free trial. If you wish to learn more about Hey Legal, we are happy to call you, provide an online demonstration or visit your firm to demonstrate how it works.

How do I access the courses on Hey Legal?

At Hey Legal we favour a mobile-first approach so that you can access our content when and where it suits you best. You can though access the Hey Legal course content on a desktop, tablet or mobile browser. You will need to subscribe and then login to access the courses and track your progress. Once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can view and access available courses.

Do you have an app?

No, we are mobile-first but we do not have an app. We want to make using Hey Legal as straightforward as possible and we found that accessing the content in a browser from your phone is the most user-friendly experience.

How can I see which courses are available?

Click ‘browse all courses’ in the menu bar.

If you are a subscriber, once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can view and access available courses.

How do I know how much CPD each course contributes to my requirements?

Each course is clearly labelled with the number of minutes of CPD. Once logged in, you will be able to see all courses with the courses you have completed marked with ‘100% Complete’ as well as the number of minutes.

How is CPD recorded?

When you complete an entire session, you will be prompted to answer a few questions about the course, and to confirm you are satisfied that the session meets the Law Society of Scotland requirements for CPD along with providing any feedback. After you have completed these questions, you will be awarded a certificate which you can download for your records. The certificate includes details of the date completed, the course, and how many minutes of CPD the course contributes. The session will also be marked ‘100% Complete’ in your dashboard, so you can quickly see how much CPD you have completed with Hey Legal.
